Payment, Cancellation & Refund Policy
Payment All rentals are prepaid in full at booking through our secure Stripe payment processor. We accept major credit and debit cards. No cash or other payment methods are accepted at this time. Prices include delivery and pickup within our central Austin service area.
Cancellations & Refunds
- 24+ hours notice: Full refund (minus any non-refundable processing fees from Stripe, typically 2–3%).
- Less than 24 hours notice: No refund, including no-shows or late cancellations.
- Early returns: No partial refunds for unused rental time.
- Weather or mechanical issues: If we must cancel or delay delivery due to unsafe conditions, equipment failure, or other circumstances beyond our control, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at no extra charge.
Changes to Booking Minor changes (e.g., adjusting delivery time within the same day) may be accommodated if requested at least 12 hours in advance and subject to availability. Major changes may be treated as a new booking.
Damage, Loss, or Theft You are responsible for the e-bike and accessories during the rental period. Any damage, loss, or theft may result in repair/replacement charges (deducted from your security deposit or charged to your card on file). Our waiver outlines full liability terms.
We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel any booking if we believe it poses a safety or operational risk.
